    We’ve served Hillsborough County since 1977!  As we continue to grow serving Southern and Eastern Hillsborough County, and OB in Lakeland.

    We are accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC) and must uphold strict standards with regard to quality patient care.

    We are a Federally Qualified Community Health Center (FQHC), 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.

    We accept Medicaid HMOs, HCHCP, Medicare and most insurance plans.  Discounts will be given to those who qualify based on household income. 

    Transportation Services
    We offer transportation services to those patients who qualify.

  • Sliding Fee Schedule

    Payment is expected at the time of service. Sliding Fee Scales are available and are based on the Health and Human Service’s Federal Poverty Guidelines. You may qualify to receive a discount for your clinic visit. Discounts are based on the number of household members and gross annual/monthly income. If you are unable to pay at the time of service, please see a Financial Counselor for information and assistance. No patient will be turned away due to inability to pay.
